Do not eat here, you will get ripped off! I don't understand why, but the food here used to be much better. They used to make pretty good pizza but now...not! A couple of weeks ago I got a large pepperoni pizza and a medium margarita (?) pizza. They charge nearly $5 per topping for any topping. I know I'm retroactively reviewing, and that I foolishly still bought it, but still... Stay away from here, there are much better pizza joints in the area. I realize that everything is much more expensive now, due to tariffs and illegal war, but this place is taking advantage to make mid pizza and gouge their customers.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. I had a DoorDash order to pick up and arrived right away. Before I could even fully step foot inside the establishment to give them the order name, the owner and staff started barking at me to "leave, leave, leave!" They didn't even give me a single second to explain why I was there before throwing a temper tantrum because they were closing. The owner has zero communication skills and absolutely no business treating people like garbage. You don't just yell at someone to get out when they are there to do a job and pick up an order for one of *your* paying customers. Rudest, most disrespectful establishment I've encountered in a long time. If the owner handles basic human interaction this poorly, I can only imagine how miserable the rest of the operation is. Save your time and your money and go somewhere where the management actually knows how to act like a civilized adult. Avoid this place at all costs.

Pros _____________ • Friendly Service • Good food • Usually, Plenty of Parking Spaces Available Cons _______________ • A little bit pricey, in my opinion • Almost $5 extra to add 1 extra topping on a pizza Venice Pizza & Pasta is a restaurant that offers pizza, calzones, chicken, sandwiches, beer, etc. The service is friendly; my cashier, “Andrea”, was particularly polite and nice. I ordered 2 Large Pizzas online, and picked up my order. I also bought a pack of Non-alcoholic beer in the store. Just note that there is a “Convenience Fee” of $1.75 (as of November 2025), if you order online. Moreover, the beer that I bought was past the expiration date, so make sure that you check the date of your beer, if you purchase any from their fridge. I ordered extra cheese on both pizzas, but I felt like they only put a normal amount of cheese on the pizzas; this was disappointing, considering that it costs almost $5 dollars more to add a topping. Other than that, the pizzas were good, but nothing to write home about, in all honesty. Thankfully, their pizzas continue to taste good even after reheating them the next day in an oven or air fryer. BAM!! Bellissimo!! This place is the best pizza I've had in Lancaster! We ordered two large pizzas to go for company we had in town and they were just beautiful pizzas with thin crust that had a perfect amount of ingredients on them and plenty of cheese. We ordered the meat lovers with jalapeños and all the meat was on the sauce under the cheese, with the jalapeños on top. That made it fantastic and the meat didn't fall off! My wife had the vegetarian with her sister in law with spinach and pepperoni added to it and they really loved it. Lots of lip smacking good eating! We got 8 of the herb and olive oil bread knot too!. The pizzas were ready exactly when they said they would be and the service was super. The ambience is nice and the place is spotless clean. They also have 6 and 12 packs of many good beers in the stand up coolers to take with! Folks, I'm telling you this it's the place for amazing pizza! Try it you'll like it!
